Congratulations – you’ve made it to August! It’s time to enjoy the last rays of sunshine (sorry, but this is Lithuania after all) and wear everything that your warm-weather wardrobe has to offer. At the beginning of August I‘ve been living in these several pieces that I discovered during summer and they are very easy to replicate.
First of all, this summer I have discovered vintage shopping and enjoyed it so so much. You may have already noticed that there are more content about sutainable fashion on my blog and you can be sure it‘s going to be more! Shopping sustainably can be approachable, fun and not break the bank. I’ve found the best basics, unique finds and a fabulous mix of secondhand pieces I know you may also love.
While there are fabulous brands creating new pieces sustainably, it’s important to remember that shopping second hand and vintage is probably the most affordable and sustainable way to shop. I‘ve been wearing this blazer that cost to me 3 euros and a shirt for 4 euros non stop and it just shows you that these kind of pieces can be quite classy and easy to wear.
DENIM CYCLING SHORTS
Every time I reach for my old, high-waisted vintage short shorts, I end up opting for a denim cycling pair instead. They are such a casual piece to wear and as you can see goes very well with my 4 euros shirt ;D I just love this kind of combination. I‘m sure these kind of shorts are not going to stay on trend for a long so I‘m just gonna enjoy the rest of the summer living in them.
ONE SHOULDER ASYMMETRIC TOP
This one is another find of mine. I wish I had this top in every colour and wear it everyday. When I walked into the office wearing this top my colleague asked me if I was going to a prom afterwards. Haha. But as far as I know, this can be easily dressed up & dressed down depending on where you‘re going. And no, I wasn‘t wearing this partucular outfit to the office.
