Black Friday is the day following Thanksgiving Day in the United States (the fourth Thursday of November). I did my first Black Friday outing (in Lithuania Black Friday is not even a thing but we do have sales around the same time of year) two years ago and I ended up really happy because of my little preparation. I knew about upcoming sales and with a list of items that I had my eyes on a couple of days before the actual sale, my Black Friday mission went very successful.
Thankfully, these sales are the kind you don’t even have to leave the couch for and some of my favourite retailers are even dropping their prices a week before in the Black Friday Warm Up Sales to get everyone in the mood for the big day!
The section below shows some very best discounts the Black Friday sales have to offer! During the week I will try to add more shops to the list, so make sure to bookmark this page and check back over the next week.

There’s only two months left until the end of this year, which means we have the whole two month to reach our goals of 2017. I made my list of things that I want to achieve in 2017 back at the end of last year and I’m only halfway through it. But I’ve decided that I still have some time and there is no excuse to leave those things to be done for upcoming years.
Most of these things, were related to Crystal Sundays, because 2017 is the year when I have finally started it. I’m really happy that I managed to reach this little milestone (and dream) of mine. However, I have some goals that I’m so so far from achieving them that it starts bothering me since they appear on my list every year.
One of these things that are on my black list for this (ok, and previous) year is eating healthy. I know how it is important for me since I have an allergy for all junk food but I still somehow end up at McDonald’s once a week. So, as from today I eat my very last slice of pizza and for the rest of this month I will try to eat as clean as possible. I know that one month is not that much but hey ho, it is better one month of healthiness than none at all, right? Maybe it will be a start of my healthy lifestyle 😀 So, wish me luck and I will update you after the experiment.

I can‘t believe it is already the middle of October which means we are nearly halfway through autumn. And as far as I can see, this season was dedicated for checked blazers, coats and trousers. I have a bunch of trousers and blazers, but never had a full suit before. So it was about time to get one.
Besides loving formal wear, I also have a crush for sneakers. They are probably on top of the list when it comes to shoes I would wear on a daily basis. The secret to pulling off sneakers with a suit is picking the right trousers length. In my opinion, cropped trousers work best with sneakers. You can always spice things a little bit up and try to wear a bright pair of socks underneath.

It is finally the month of coziness which means here come hot drinks, blankets, chunky knitwear and stunning colours outdoors. When the darker mornings start (seriously, how hard is it to get up at the moment?) and it’s getting late earlier at night, autumn time can have an impact on people’s mood and motivation. So here are some things that keep me happy this autumn and make sure that the change in season doesn’t affect my mood!
Burning candles is an all year thing for me. But as soon as October comes, I start wishing for more intense scents which would fill the room in the evening. Other than enjoying how cozy the new season can be in the evening I live for bright autumn days. These are ideal for going on walks to enjoy the changing colours and fresh air.
As you guys know by now, my style is very basic and my mantra is all about finding those wardrobe staples which can be used in almost every outfit you wear. At the moment, I’m really into over the knee boots which are officially a staple for your fall and winter wardrobes. They are available all over the place this autumn, from Stuart Weitzman to far more affordable high street versions (like the ones from Zara that you see in pictures).
I’ve been really enjoying switching up my skincare to achieve a bit more of a glow to my skin. My number one product for this season became Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate which makes my skin glow like no other product I’ve used before. This top-rated face serum is formulated with ingredients like Lavender Essential Oil and Evening Primrose Oil to replenish skin by morning and I couldn’t be happier about that.

This trend can look really fancy and it can be hard to find a style that works for you. However, with the amount of sheer styles that are out there, there is definitely one for everyone! Recently, I found the one that is perfect for me and can be transformed to a dress for special occasions or something different that you can wear on daily basis.
It can also seem impossible to style this trend appropriately for the daytime, but there are plenty of sweet options. In this post, I’ll be showing you how I would style a dress with sheer details for both day at the office and a night out.
Usually, my style is not very feminine or office appropriate. I like to mix and match different styles together and this makes everything look casual and chic. That is why my first option for a daytime would be a sheer dress with a sweater on top so that it would look effortless but still more interesting. For a night out, you can simply wear this dress on a slip dress and look absolutely amazing. However, if you are like me, you can pair it with sneakers and jeans and feel fancy enough for a night out with friend.

Is it a robe? Nooo. But if you won’t be careful, it can easily look like one. With its exotic origins, a woman wearing a kimono can’t help but look mysterious. Not to mention, it’s a great piece to transition into autumn with.
Basic T-shirts, sneakers/sandals and denim pieces are my fave pairings. Longer length kimonos are perfect for a fancy night out and a day-dressing for fashionista. Here’s some inspiration for me and you because I’m still hunting for a perfect one.

Sunglasses – la belle boutique
I really thought I knew pretty much all boutique stores in the city but clearly I was wrong. My friend Greta told me about this new boutique in Vilnius and mentioned that she found her dream pair of shoes there that only cost 18 €. Say whaat? I had to see it by myself…
So I visited the place and what can I say, it’s true. You can find lots of trendy items and shoes for only 20 €. I understand that the quality of all these clothing pieces is not the best but it is so worth to try.
Couple of things from this boutique store I managed to find on aliexpress.com and the price difference is almost nothing. So, unless you want to wait weeks and weeks for your order, la belle boutique can be a great alternative, where you can try on clothes, shoes, accessories and have a great customer service.

If we had to credit a group of people for bringing back the bodysuit it would be the Kardashians, that’s for sure. As I have never actually owned one, it was interesting to see what’s all the fuss about. Even though it can be really flattering, I’m still not the biggest fan of it.
Pros and Cons:
+ It’s essential for smooth layering.
+ It achieves a slimming effect.
– Let’s just keep it short and sweet: bathrooms. No one needs that much of an effort to put a piece of clothing on.

Last week, I had a chance to go to the biggest festival I have ever been to. Open’er festival was really amazing and I had a great time besides the fact that it was raining NON STOP. Of course, I was imagining myself dancing around with those cute flower crowns and boho style dresses but instead of that I had the only finish to every outfit – a raincoat. Here is the one that I picked up the day after I came back from Gdynia and I know that I will get more use out of it than my summer dresses (which are still hanging in the closet with labels on).
Also, I‘m adding my Top 5 festival looks that can be a great inspiration!

The best thing about denim is how versatile it is to style – no matter the season, no matter the year, no matter your age. Denim is a wardrobe essential, there’s no denying it. And when it‘s pink, it is a perfect match! I can’t wait to wear it when i’m away on holiday (god knows when that will be but still). As we finally have some nice weather here I‘m glad I will be able to wear this one more, especially on chilly summer evenings.
Despite the denim material, it’s light and airy to wear on warmer days. So it’s one of those pieces that’s just so easy to throw on with a relaxed day bag or sneakers and you have a look that works for summer in the city, and a beach vacation equally well!
