Looking back on last years blog post from the beginning of the year, it’s quite clear I was hoping for a much different 2020 for all of us. I thought it is going to be a year filled with dreams to be achieved, goals to be worked towards and memories to be made. In 2021 I’m taking it slow with goals setting because putting pressure on yourself only adds anxiety and I nobody wants that in their life. However, now I’m trying to think positively and focus on the things I’m going to do once this madness is over.
There is a lot that 2020 has taught us about ourselves, our relationships, our passions and our values. I understood how important it is to spend time in the nature. I was never a person who likes forest/park walks, I would always choose a stroll on the streets over a walk in the park. I just love watching people and feeling the energy of the city. But when this energy died with a first lockdown, we spent lots of time in the forests and I really enjoyed it! This is why we have decided to build a little summer house where we could spend summers in the nature and enjoy all the freedom that it gives. We’ll see how it goes but only thinking about it makes me really happy!
But for now we are fully enjoying snow days!
