Hello Friday

This was one of those weeks where everything seemed to go my way. Nothing crazy happened, but I really love falling back into my routine at home. This past week, I decided it was time to get back on track with my health. In effort to make the slow transition, I started by adding in a few minor goals and one of them is to start taking my own prepared food to work because it makes such a huge difference! I spend so much money when everyday I go to eat in a restaurant during my lunch break and that food is not even great…

Also, I am proud to report that today is day seven of my daily exercising. Actually, I was doing that the whole last year but in December I had a little break and now I’m finally back on track! It is so nice not to feel guilty about it anymore.
